The Department of Civil Engineering conducted a workshop on "Surveying on TOTAL STATION” from October 21st to 26th 2024. Mr.Mallikarjun & Mr.Mahesh exhibited an extensive hands-on expertise in handling the Total station. The objective of this event is to make the students to learn advanced surveying u sing Total station effectively for tasks like Set – Up and Levelling Easy Way , Area and Volume Calculation,Tie distance, Remote Elevation Measurements (REM),Traversing and Inversing ,Re – Section, Column Marking (Stake Out), Topographical Survey ,Transfer the Data from Total Station to AutoCAD Design Contouring, Grid, and Layout maps on AutoCAD This session is essential for collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors, delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions
