4. Refund & Cancellation Terms

Fee refunds will be considered only for duplicate payments or technical errors arising from the institution’s payment system.
Donations and alumni contributions are strictly non-refundable.
Exam fees and miscellaneous payments may be refunded only under special circumstances, determined at the sole discretion of the administration.
Refund processing time may range between 7–14 business days, depending on the banking institution and payment gateway provider.

Our organization is not registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, and therefore, contributions made to us are not eligible for tax exemptions.

5. Privacy & Data Security

RCEE is committed to protecting user privacy and ensures that personal data, including name, contact details, payment history, and other sensitive information, is securely stored.
