An Awareness Programme on Career Guidance was held at Ramachandra College of Engineering, Eluru, on 11th March 2025 to guide students on career paths after graduation. Dr. Subramanya Sarma S, Dean of Academics, highlighted the need for early career planning and skill development. A Career Counsellor and HR Consultant discussed opportunities in core and IT sectors, higher studies in India and abroad, and emerging fields like AI, Data Science, and Renewable Energy. She emphasized skill enhancement, internships, resume building, and communication skills. Students actively clarified doubts on exams like GATE, GRE, and opportunities in public and private sectors. The session saw enthusiastic participation from all branches, helping students gain practical steps for career planning. Mrs. Kalyani Puvvula delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to management, the speaker, and participants for making the session successful.
