The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science organized a 5-day workshop on Power BI from 08th to 12th September 2025 for 3rd-year students. The workshop introduced students to Business Intelligence (BI) concepts, Data Analytics (DA), and Power BI tools, focusing on data visualization, dashboards, DAX, Power Query, and AI-enabled features. Each day combined conceptual learning with hands-on training, enabling students to work with real-time datasets such as airline, food ordering, and e-commerce sales. By the end of the workshop, participants were able to: Design interactive dashboards. Apply data transformation and modeling. Use DAX expressions for calculations. Implement real-time reporting and AI integration in Power BI. The sessions were highly interactive, and students provided positive feedback, highlighting that the workshop improved their technical knowledge, practical exposure, and industry readiness in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Science.
