Report in brief by Organizer / Coordinator / Convener: The main objective of this young manager contest is to bring out the caliber of the participants , to set clear goals and motivate them towards organization culture and to keep them focused to accomplish the goals of the company. Guidelines to participants: Round 1: Written test In the round 1, the participants will have to write a written exam consists of Arithmetic, Reasoning, Current Affairs, and the bits related to management subjects Time allowed to write the exam will be 20 minutes No negative Mark for wrong Answered Round 2: Group Discussion The selected 20 participants participated in Group Discussion. 15 minutes Time allowed for group discussion. Round 3: Personal Interview
