About the Role

Ramachandra College of Engineering (RCEE) is looking for Foreign Language Trainers in German, Spanish, Japanese, and Hindi to help students build language skills for global academic and career opportunities.

You will design and deliver engaging language instruction, assess learner progress, and integrate language learning with students' professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging language instruction covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with educational outcomes.
• Conduct classroom sessions and assess student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Collaborate with faculty on integrating language learning with professional development.
• Organize language-focused activities and events.
• Maintain detailed student performance records.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in German, Spanish, Japanese, or Hindi.
• Prior teaching/training experience, preferably with college students or young professionals.
• Demonstrated lesson planning and curriculum design skills.
• Knowledge of the target language's literature and cultural elements.
• Proficiency with digital teaching platforms and audiovisual resources.
• Strong organizational abilities and a learner-centered teaching philosophy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Relevant language certifications such as DELE, JLPT, Goethe/TestDaF.
• Experience preparing students for language proficiency examinations.
• Experience organizing language clubs, cultural events, or immersion activities.
• Strong cultural competence and communication skills.
