About the Role

Ramachandra College of Engineering (RCEE) is looking for passionate academicians to join its MBA and BBA programs as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. The ideal candidate will have strong academic fundamentals and expertise in a core or advanced management domain.

Our MBA program fosters managerial, analytical, and leadership capabilities while promoting ethical values, strategic thinking, and industry-aligned competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in the MBA and BBA programs in your area of specialization.
• Mentor students in academics, career development, and leadership skills.
• Guide student projects, internships, and industry-linked assignments.
• Contribute to curriculum development aligned with industry needs.
• Promote ethical values, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities among students.
• Engage in research and publications, and support departmental academic and accreditation activities.

Required Qualifications

• MBA or Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration.
• Degree preferably from reputed institutions such as NIT, IIM, IIT, Central Universities, or top QS-ranked universities.
• Strong academic fundamentals with expertise in core or advanced management domains.
• Specialization in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Business, or Strategic Management.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with publications in peer-reviewed, Scopus/UGC-CARE indexed journals.
• Industry or consulting experience in the area of specialization.
• Experience using case-based teaching and analytics tools.
• Prior experience in NBA/NAAC accredited institutions.
