Profile
Akhil serves as the Executive Director of Ramachandra College of Engineering and Education (RCEE), Eluru, where he leads the institution's academic vision and strategic growth.
His professional journey combines early entrepreneurial grit with corporate rigor. Having launched his own venture as a student entrepreneur before advancing into roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and key managerial positions in fast-scaling startups, he has gained diverse experience across corporate strategy, business planning, and entrepreneurial environments — all backed by an MBA degree.
At RCEE, Akhil champions a Student First policy, placing students at the center of every decision the institution makes. He has placed strong emphasis on learning that extends beyond the classroom, establishing a range of student activity clubs and non-curricular programs designed to build well-rounded, industry-ready individuals — not just academically strong ones. Recognizing that real-world skills are often built outside formal coursework, he has championed informal learning, industry-academia collaboration, and hands-on exposure as core pillars of a truly student-centric institution.
He has also set up an incubation center to nurture student ideas into ventures, reflecting his belief that the truest measure of employability is the ability to create employment — not just seek it. Under his guidance, RCEE encourages students to think beyond conventional career paths and aspire to become employers and job-creators in their own right.
He is committed to taking RCEE to the next level, driving the institution's growth and building an ecosystem where students graduate with the leadership, ethics, and ambition to shape their futures.
Akhil believes that education is the most powerful form of leverage — one that compounds far beyond the classroom.
